By registering for the FCFUTURES x LaLiga 5-A-Side Football Tournament, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

Tournament Organization The FCFUTURES x LaLiga 5-A-Side Football Tournament is being organized by FCFUTURES in collaboration with LaLiga, LaLiga Academy Dubai and ISD Dubai Sports City. The event is free to enter, and registration is open to all eligible participants.

ELIGIBITY

  • Only players born in 2010-2011 are eligible to participate in the tournament.
  • Each team must have a responsible adult (coach or parent) present at all times during the tournament. This adult will be the primary point of contact with the tournament organizers and must ensure that the team adheres to the terms and conditions.

Registration

  • Registration for the tournament is free of charge.
  • Only registered players and their responsible adult(s) will be allowed to participate.
  • Players can register alone or as part of a team.
    • If you register with your team, the team can have a maximum of 7 players.
    • If you register alone, the organization will assign you to a group. Once assigned, there will be no option for changes or complaints regarding group placement.
  • Participants must provide accurate details during registration, including Passport picture and EID copy. Any false or misleading information may lead to disqualification.
  • The maximum number of registered players is 112 male players and 112 female players. Once the registration quota for either category is full, no further registrations will be accepted for that category. The organization will not allow any more registrations once the capacity is reached.

Behavior and Conduct

  • All participants, including players and responsible adults, are expected to maintain appropriate behavior both on and off the football field.
  • Any form of unsportsmanlike behavior, discrimination, or misconduct may result in disqualification from the tournament.
  • Respect for all players, coaches, referees, and spectators is mandatory at all times.

Image Rights and Media Usage

  • By participating, all players, coaches, and responsible adults give their consent to the use of any photos, videos, or other media captured during the tournament. These materials may be used for promotional purposes by FCFUTURES, LaLiga, LaLiga Academy, ISD Dubai Sports City or their partners.
  • Participants may be featured in media materials, including but not limited to, social media posts, advertising campaigns, and websites.
    If a participant does not wish to be featured in media, they must notify the event organizers in writing prior to the tournament.

Travel and Visa

  • All participants agree that in the event they qualify for the final stage of the tournament, they will be available to travel to Madrid in June/July 2025.
  • Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel and visa (if applicable). The tournament organizers will not be responsible for securing visas or providing travel assistance.
  • Participants must ensure that they apply for their visa well in advance, as visa processing times may vary.

Medical Insurance

  • The tournament organizers will not provide any medical insurance coverage for participants.
  • All the participants must have their own medical insurance coverage for the duration of the tournament.
  • It is the responsibility of the participant or their legal guardian to ensure that they have appropriate coverage for any injuries or incidents that may occur during the tournament.

Liability

  • FCFUTURES, LaLiga, LaLiga Academy, ISD Dubai Sports City and all associated partners are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.
  • By registering for the tournament, participants agree to waive any claims against the organizers related to injuries or accidents that may occur during the event.

Miscellaneous

  • The tournament organizers reserve the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule the event at their discretion.
  • Any disputes or disagreements arising from participation in the tournament will be resolved at the discretion of the tournament organizers.
